I design products people

actually enjoy using.

How I work

I embed directly with engineering and product teams. I own the design end-to-end: research, strategy, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and handoff. I write enough React to prototype in code when it's faster than Figma. I work in weekly sprints, ship to real users early, and use data to decide what's next.

Design philosophy

01

Ship, then polish

A shipped v1 teaches more than a perfect mockup. I get to real users fast, then iterate based on evidence.

02

Reduce, don't decorate

Good design removes friction. I focus on what to take away, not what to add.

03

Numbers tell the story

Every design decision connects to a metric. If it doesn't move the numbers, it doesn't ship.

Beyond the screen

When I'm not designing, you'll find me on a trail somewhere—hiking and camping are how I reset. Back home, I bake more than anyone needs me to, keep up with a book club here in SF, and spend an unreasonable amount of time with my cat (who definitely inspired the one following you around this site). Based in San Francisco, working globally.

Standing on a natural rock bridge in Sedona, Arizona
Tabby cat yawning on a yellow chair — the real star of this site
Campsite with tents and a fire ring among pine trees
Morning reading with a latte and pastry on a sunny patio
Snowboarding on a sunny day surrounded by snow-covered pines
Book club gathering with friends in San Francisco
Looking up at towering redwood trees on a forest trail
Freshly baked sourdough bread with a decorative score
Watching the ocean and mountains from a Hawaiian beach
Backcountry skiing on a snowy mountain ridge
